I started working in the manufacturing of prefabricated bathrooms in 2011. Initially, I gained experience in production processes, material properties, and coordinating production personnel... These experiences made me feel like I had found my direction, and I also developed a deep passion for this industry.

The company was established in 2018, and we started from scratch. Together with everybody of us, we adapted, adjusted, and integrated with everyone. This process was not easy. Looking back on the past 7 years, we have established mutual trust. One of my colleagues would say how many years we have left to become a century-old company every year during the anniversary celebration (laughs). This is the future of all of us.

We hope to make products with warmth, and this warmth should be given by all our colleagues. We hope to create a new bathing culture, which should be diverse and sustainable. Are you willing to join us to realize this future?

Our company now has colleagues ranging from the post-70s, post-80s, post-90s to the post-00s generations. We learn from each other, adapt to one another, and seek common goals. For the next 7 years, and another 7 years beyond... new colleagues, these achievements will be created together with you!

The company offers more than just a job; we hope to bring growth to everyone, including a sense of achievement in the company and social value. Behind every colleague is a family, and it is my responsibility and mission to ensure that every family member feels happiness. How to cultivate and elevate this culture is also a crucial part of my work. Seeing the joyful smiles of my colleagues is my daily work goal.
