I am Lin Yuyi from the production department, a post-80s woman from Datang Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with a high school education. My previous work experience was a warehouse keeper and merchandiser. I am honored to work at our UB RAKU. When I first entered here, the bathroom industry was a brand new field for me. This industry refreshed my understanding of the bathroom industry. It is basic that the bathroom does not leak, there should be no residual moisture, and the mold produced should not affect the health of the body.

In my daily work as a production assistant, I always adhere to the work ethic of 'problems are the ladder of growth.' When facing materials stock turnover challenges, my production department colleagues taught me predictive techniques that helped me learn dynamic material adjustment. When new material characteristics affected outbound efficiency, guidance from technical department colleagues enabled me to master parametric management systems. These precious moments of mutual support prove that every challenge serves as a catalyst for team wisdom, just like the slogan says – 'Helping others ultimately achieves your own success.' As a new-era manufacturing enterprise, UB RAKU has shown me that our materials can be precisely calculated for usage, reducing industrial waste, with many materials being recyclable – significantly decreasing environmental pollution. I take pride in contributing to this green manufacturing initiative.

Finally, a special thanks to the company's people-oriented growth environment, where colleagues selflessly help and share their expertise when problems arise. When feeling lost at work, leaders and colleagues provide guidance and care, allowing me to deeply appreciate the power of teamwork.
