There's no best age in life, only the best state of being - bring out your passion!

Having worked at UB RAKU for so long, I'm honored to have witnessed the company's growth journey. Although I left for personal reasons during this period, I've now returned to find the company completely transformed in just a few years. What touches me most is the familial atmosphere here, where colleagues feel more like warm-hearted family members. This gives me the determination to face challenges fearlessly, move forward, and never give up.

I am Zhao Shunzhi from the Quality Department. Throughout my career, I have worked on process improvement in the Quality Department and production management in the Manufacturing Department. Currently, I focus on quality management and system operations at our company. As a quality professional, I often ask myself: What is quality? How can we achieve excellence in quality? And how is it demonstrated? Quality is a service, an attitude—it means not creating trouble for colleagues, meeting customer needs by considering their perspective, and having the determination to do things right. We enhance our expertise by inviting suppliers of raw materials and equipment to conduct training sessions and jointly discuss risk prevention strategies. We also develop user-friendly tools and fixtures, leveraging both machinery and professional skills to deliver quality results. By addressing urgent needs and fulfilling essential requirements, we provide colleagues and customers with optimal 'quality' service. Therefore, quality is not just a slogan—it’s action.

If we fail to innovate or contribute to society, we cannot achieve true sustainable development. Society progresses rapidly, with new advancements emerging daily. Sticking to old ways without change or innovation will lead to obsolescence, and neglecting to do what benefits others will only narrow our path. As our founder often says: 'Just put in the effort—if everyone thrives, we will inevitably thrive as well.

To job seekers and new colleagues:

Work is something everyone must face, though the form it takes varies for each individual. There is no inherently difficult or easy work—only the distinction between willingness and unwillingness, action and inaction. As Mr. Wang Guozhen once said, 'Since you’ve chosen a distant horizon, you must press forward through wind and rain.' Endure solitude, persevere, and you will reap rich rewards.
