Many people have asked me why I can stay in the same job for so long.
My answer is to find joy in work!
I am Ni Huilai from the Production Department. It is an immense pride and honor to have grown alongside the company, progressing from a front line worker to my current role in production management. My experience as a front line employee has given me a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of grassroots staff, enabling me to better care for and empathize with them. People-first is the core of my management philosophy, and safety is the foundation of everything. Only with safety as a prerequisite can quality and efficiency hold meaning. Safety is the cornerstone of corporate development, encompassing production safety, quality safety, personnel safety, and more. This should be the top priority for every employee every day. I constantly strive to communicate and instill this mindset in everyone, and I am committed to upholding it—it is irreplaceable.
Many people give up a job mostly because they find the work tedious, overwhelming, and interpersonal relationships too complicated. There is no job without hardships, and no workplace without complexities—this statement is both realistic and true. Since the situation is similar everywhere, why not settle down and make the best of it? Seek joy in your work. When I was a front line employee, I found happiness in appreciating the fruits of my labor and treated exhausting tasks as a form of exercise. This way, the work didn’t feel particularly dull. Completing a task with dedication and passion brings a great sense of accomplishment, and with it, joy. Later, when I moved into a managerial role, I focused on discovering everyone’s strengths, helping them overcome their weaknesses, and supporting their growth. Witnessing their progress became my source of happiness. Therefore, any job can bring joy—the key lies in how we adjust our mindset, shift our perspective, and approach work with positivity and an attitude of seeking happiness. I also hope more people will join our team in the pursuit of joy!
