I am Gu Yusuai from the supply chain team. In fact, the supply chain is like a chain that is closely connected to every department of the company. Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and coordination of this chain is crucial. This chain not only involves the company but also customers, suppliers, and partners, forming a meticulous and rigorous network. Just like a fisherman who checks their net daily to avoid catching nothing, I deeply understand the importance of this role. We must approach every detail with reverence: a single data error could delay deliveries for days, and a communication oversight might erode customer trust. Being part of this, I’ve come to appreciate the mission of the supply chain even more.

I joined UB RAKU at its inception and have witnessed and contributed to its growth from scratch. I am committed to working with all UB RAKU members to build it into a century-old enterprise. UB RAKU has transformed and helped me grow significantly—from participating in the procurement of production equipment to overcoming engineering challenges and achieving breakthroughs in product development. Every day brings new problems and challenges, along with fresh ideas and updates, which I consider the best work environment.
