The sense of achievement from being 'recognized'
is the best motivation on my path forward.

An excellent design solution begins with respect for details and is achieved through insight into human nature.
The ultimate value realization stems from the rigorous sense of responsibility from blueprint to production, as well as the end customers' recognition of the product.
I am Yong Xiaofen from the Design Department, and I have been working here for five years. Looking back on the confusion I felt when I first arrived, I am very grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to grow gradually and for the patient and selfless help of my leaders and colleagues. This was my first time working with a manufacturing enterprise. I used to think that design was just the movement of a mouse on a computer, and that completing a drawing meant the job was done. But when I stepped from the simple numbers on the drawings into the production workshop, I saw my colleagues repeatedly polishing over a 1mm deviation, meticulously measuring and verifying every line on the drawings. I witnessed the orderly processes unfolding according to the drawings and the final product achieving a perfect fit with the skin. This deeply made me realize that design is never just about the drawings—it’s more about the fingerprints left on the product, creating a sense of comfort and delight for the customers. Although I can’t hear every customer’s voice, every design concept starts from this perspective. My design thinking and approach began to shift “only by focusing on how users can fully experience and feel satisfied during use can we create good products.” We often encounter new projects and challenges, and all departments come together to discuss, brainstorm, communicate, and create many new ideas, which also allows me to learn and grow a lot. At the same time, component development and learning about related materials are ongoing efforts for us. Our products are constantly being upgraded and improved. The road ahead feels long, but under this influence, I think every day about how to do better. Because when every product project is finalized, installed, delivered, and receives the trust and satisfaction of customers, I feel an even stronger sense of responsibility and motivation.
On this journey of design, I have come to firmly believe that the bathroom space is a place for intimate dialogue between people and water. The precise calculation of every point, the multiple tests of each production material, and the strict execution of every process directly impact the lifespan of our products and the sense of security for users. Only by pursuing perfection in every detail can our products withstand the dual tests of time and usage. I hope that, just like the meaning of our company name RAKU, every user can feel ease, simplicity, and comfort when using our products.
